Job Summary
Under the direction of the physical therapist, implements specific medically prescribed physical therapy programs for individual patients to restore function, and prevent disability. Documents the case appropriately for all pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

Continuously: Lifting/exerting force: 0-10 lbs., Use of hands to grasp/handle/feel, Vision, Vision-color, Hearing, Speaking,
Frequently: Standing, Walking, Lifting/exerting force: 11-25 lbs., Stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl, Bending, Squatting
Occasionally: Sitting, Lifting/exerting force: 26-51 lbs., Climb/balance, Operating a motor vehicle
Skills: Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with patients, visitors, and associates. May encounter high volume patient care stress situations. May work at different sites for temporary coverage situations.
Basic computer, data entry, typing, filing and organization skills required.
Abilities: Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings, weekends, extended shifts and/or extra shifts, various locations, sometimes on short notice.
Environmental Conditions: Potential exposure to fumes, dust, gases, and odors. Frequent changes in temperature may occur. Possibility of exposure to communicable diseases.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
