Job Summary
Member of multi-disciplinary healthcare team to implement nutrition care plans. Assist in the supervision of preparation and delivery of meals and/or snacks in accordance with patient request, federal and state regulations and physician's orders. May perform nutritional screens on inpatients. Order, inventory, coordinate and plan special functions/catering events.
Maintain proper hygiene including hand washing according to Policy and Procedure. Ensure adherence to all Policies and Procedures, including the attendance policy.? Plan, direct, coordinate, and control resources of the food services department to provide food service for customers, employees, and patients. Maintains compliance with ServSafe, County Health Department Standards of Operation, and LHC policies and procedures.? Participate in providing & completing the department orientation training for FSA I's & FSA II's. Assist with established systems and training programs, develop and update training for associates. Coordinate associates' schedules, ensuring proper coverage of production areas and sanitation functions in the absence of Supervisor/Manager.? Responsible for cash handling procedures as directed by Supervisor/Manager.? Supervise all aspects of tray line. Communicate diet information as appropriate. Maintain appropriate patient records and department logs. ? Assure completion of nutritional screens on all assigned patients, complete patient/resident meal rounds. Work with nursing/patients to resolve minor patient food concerns as appropriate. Communicate to management any and all complaints received. ? Participate in preparation, set-up, delivery and breakdown of catered events.? May prepare and enter billing information for catered events.? Perform other duties as assigned.? High School / GED / Math And Reading Assessment (Required)

Environmental Conditions: Potential exposure to fumes, dust, gases, and odors. Frequent changes in temperature may occur. Possibility of exposure to communicable diseases.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
