EHR Analyst Revenue Cycle - ConnectIT, 40 Hours/Week, Day Shift

Job Summary

Implements and supports EHR software application including analysis, build, troubleshooting and optimization. Works collaboratively with EHR Managers for implementations, post-implementation activities, upgrades and optimization. Develops and maintains a positive collaborative relationship with physicians and user departments to ensure appropriate training and utilization of EHR.

Works directly with Epic Access applications including Cadence, ADT, Welcome, Referrals.

Leads and participates in the implementation and support of the EHR software to end users including analysis, building, training, troubleshooting, go-live and post go-live support and optimization.
Interacts with internal departments to understand EHR business requirements. Analyzes operational workflow and EHR system features to guide gap analysis, options, decision-making and maintenance.
Serves as consultant for issues and topics related to an electronic health record; serves as a conduit for aligning resources and activities related to EHR topics and issues.
Leads clinical/operational activities in software design, configuration, implementation, testing, and activation of new EHR software.
Develops detailed project schedules (work breakdown structure) for assigned workstreams within a project. Provides agenda, minutes, status reports, decision documentation and issues/escalation documents.
Participates in the review and testing of major releases and upgrades, evaluating new functionality and managing master file changes for new features.
Coordinates new application functionality with the training team. Works with them to develop supporting materials as needed and aids them during training.
Conducts clinical validation testing of data imported to EHR system.
Supports communication and analysis for maintaining master files, end-user access and security files.
Responds to user level and configuration/build level support questions related to EHR. Escalates high level technical questions to Project Manager with complete documented analysis.
Develops a test plan, writing and executing testing scripts for multiple phases of testing during EHR implementation.
Collaborates with Trainer to ensure training material remains up to date with build.
Collaborates with Report Writing team to ensure end user report writing needs are met using the most efficient tool within the EHR.
Collaborates with end users and Information Technology team, clinicians, and specified area experts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
