Details/Requirements:
--Full-Time permanent placement
--Schedule Monday through Friday 8:
30am - 5:
30pm hour shifts per week
--Responsible for direct clinical care including assessments, medication management, medication administration, treatment planning and coordination of care for consumers with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.
--See patients of all ages
