Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the room, ensuring smooth and efficient service - Supervise and train staff members, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff - Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction - Manage inventory control and ordering to ensure adequate supplies - Monitor food safety practices and compliance with health regulations - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and ensure quality food preparation - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Coordinate with event planners for private parties or special events
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting - Proven experience in supervising and managing a team - Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and customer service principles - Familiarity with kitchen management and food safety practices - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Note:
