You will assist with property mangement activities and responsibilities at one of our apartment communities.
Responsibilities:
Help anticipate, identify and assess tenants' needs Assist with re-certifications, occupancy levels, and compliance regulations Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Assist with financial transactions and reporting as needed Collaborate effectively and efficiently with company accounting and maintenance teams
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or other related fields Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases Ability to build rapport with tenants Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
