Responsibilities:
Online Customer Service Management:
(25-35% time allocation)Serve as the customer service representative for all online orders (answering emails, phone calls, etc.
) Fulfill & ship online orders Process online online exchanges & returns Manage outgoing customer freight (including both FedEx & USPS) Maintain the inventory of shipping supplies and submit order requests when needed Process and Procedure documentation and tracking File claims with freight carriers as needed.
Retail Operations & Sales Support:
(55%-65% time allocation)Assist with inventory processing & restocking as needed Support sales/operational team as needed Work sales floor shifts during the high season, special events & major sales days (including holiday weekends / Black Out days) See sales associate job description for details Merchandising and Project support Miscellaneous:
(5%-10% time allocation)Maintain the primary organizational customer service email address ( email protected ) and respond to emails daily Check the organizational voicemail daily (responding to customer service requests and passing along messages to team members) Marketing Assistance as Assigned Other duties as assigned Job Types:
